Load-bank testing verifies that a UPS and its battery bank deliver rated capacity and autonomy, and that transfer and bypass behave correctly — at commissioning and periodically thereafter.
Scope
What we do
- Apply a controlled resistive/reactive load in steps to rated capacity.
- Verify autonomy against the battery design figure.
- Exercise mains-fail, return and bypass transitions.
- Record thermal and electrical behaviour throughout.
