How COMPACT protects your power
An online UPS never passes the raw mains straight through. It rebuilds the waveform continuously, so the load only ever sees clean output — and the switch to battery on a real outage takes no time at all.
- Incoming mains is converted to DC, then back to a fresh sine wave.
- The battery floats on the DC bus, held in reserve.
- On mains failure the inverter keeps running from the battery — a 0 ms transfer.
Smart-Save
Graceful shutdown for connected servers and PCs. When the mains fails and the UPS reaches its safe battery limit, the bundled software lets each machine save open work and power down cleanly.
How Smart-Save worksThe rectifier and inverter run continuously, regenerating a clean output. The battery floats on the DC bus, held in reserve — current is always flowing to the load.
