We provide service to our customers directly as well as through our Channel Partners. We have offices in Delhi, Chennai and Hyderabad. Furthermore, COMPACT has close to 150 service partners located throughout the country for onsite support.
A team of qualified engineers/ trained technicians look after the service within the respective cities and it’s peripheral towns within 8 working hours. The Channel Partners provide the same to customers in their respective areas. Our offices as well as those of our service partners have a healthy stock of components to cater to the customer requirements.
In case where the system is not serviceable at the customer site, the system or the defective component is brought back to the local station for repair, while the customer is provided with a standby system. The Channel Partner, too takes upon himself the responsibility to get the system / the defective component repaired at his service station or to send it to the Regional office of CSPL as the case may be CSPL returns the system / component within two days of receiving it.
SPOC – Single point of contact for all the services required has become the need of the hour. It is quite common today that an organisation could be having UPS and power conditioners sourced from numerous vendors due to various factors. Over a period of time the facility manager or the IT manager realises that they have to sign up AMC with numerous vendors to maintain and achieve higher uptime. Interacting with too many vendors , measuring the SLA being delivered , keeping an eye on the UPTIME being achieved , remote branch offices trying to blame the vendor support and thus process gets delayed – leading to productivity losses is a very common occurrence in large organisations.
We @ COMPACT are one of the early entrants in this 3rd party services space. Our first assignment was to deliver uptime to an installed base of around 7500 UPSs of various makes and capacities for one of the largest system integrators in the country. Simply put – we had to manage the UPS assets of around 400 customers with around 7500 UPSs of the system Integrator. We became the outsourced partner for managing these assets. To customers surprise and delight – our services were found to be resulting in much higher uptime compared to the ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT vendor services. This has resulted in COMPACT becoming known across the country as one of the reliable service providers for multiple makes of ups and capacities. Currently there are at least 75 major corporations in the country who have placed their trust in us by signing up comprehensive AMC with us for all the UPSs installed in their offices across the country.
Our approach to delivering these services is purely to deliver higher uptime as compared to repairing these units on site. We have deployed man power / standby ups that are appropriate in numbers to meet our SLA commitments.
