CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE:
If you are one of those diploma holder or engineer in EEE/ECE and hell-bent on pursuing your career only in your core engineering, COMPACT is the place to be in. The environment at COMPACT and the freedom given to fresh recruits to commit mistakes and learn from the same quickly is acknowledged well by the senior engineers still serving COMPACT. At COMPACT – you will not be doing any dumb servicing job as in the case of most engineering organisations. You will be forced to repair PCBs . You will be forced to trace and diagnose problems at Site , with PCB , with components and trouble shoot. You will be trained on the job for one year thoroughly that would result in your bio-data value going up much higher.
